If your product has a high mistake-proofing rating, with your
permission, we’ll display your product on our website with a link to your
company. These postings will begin in July 2003. These links can
potentially increase sales and can be used to show clients that an
independent assessment judges your product to be "mistake-proof."
If you would like us to perform a mistake-proofing assessment, send us
a picture of your product (jpg format) with a description of the
operations performed in using the product. Additional pictures may be
required to show controls or unique operations with sufficient detail to
be properly interpreted. This information must include the name of the person submitting the
request, phone number, address, email, FAX, and billing address.
